I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

To reset your password, simply open the app and tap "Forgot password?" below the orange "LOG IN" button.

You will receive an email with a one-time authentication code (OTP) to enter on your phone and start the password reset process.

Every time I open the app, I'm often asked to re-enter my username and password to log in.

The UnSaccoBello app keeps you logged in for 30 days, in compliance with current security regulations. Using the app every 2–3 weeks falls well within this window and should not trigger a new login request.

The issue is therefore likely related to your phone's local environment. The most common causes are: automatic cleaner apps that delete session data, automatic device or app updates, or using the app on multiple devices.

Please check for these issues, and if the problem persists, contact our support team.

Can I share my cards with other users?

Can I link multiple cards to my account?

Yes! A registered UnSaccoBello user can have multiple disposal cards linked to their account. These can belong to different user codes.

Additional cards can be added from the "My Cards" section within "My Profile".
