Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the UnSaccoBello mobile application (the “App”) and website (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Bonart S.r.l. (“Bonart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Definitions:

  • “Services”: Includes all content, features, functionality, and other services provided via the App and website.
  • “Materials”: Any information, content, layout, design, text, images, graphics, software, and media on the Services.
  • “User” or “you”: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services.

Eligibility and User Accounts: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities under your account.

Bonart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Privacy and Data Protection: Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 – “GDPR”).

If you do not agree to any additional terms which apply to particular materials, content, products, services or information contained in or available through (including but not limited to software, audio, video, text and photographs, domain names, tagline, lay-out and user look-and-feel of the Services) (the ‘Materials’), you should not use the part of the Services which contains such Materials.

These Terms of Use may be amended by Bonart at any time. The amended Terms of Use are effective as of the date of posting on the Services. Please check regularly.

Although care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, UnSaccoBello team assumes no responsibility therefore. The Services and the Materials are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’.

The Services may contain references to specific products and services that may not be available or will not be available at any time in a particular country. Please contact our local representative for further information.

Bonart hereby expressly disclaims any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, non-infringement, or as to the operation of the Services or the materials. Bonart does not warrant or make any representations as to the security of the Services. You acknowledge any information sent may be intercepted. Bonart does not warrant that the Services or the servers which may make the Services available or any electronic communications sent by Bonart are free from viruses or any other harmful elements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Bonart nor its affiliates, suppliers and/or subcontractors shall be liable to you or any third party for any damages either direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise (including in each case, but not limited to, damages for the inability to access the website, loss of data or information, loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption or the like) arising out of the use or the inability to use the website or the Materials, even if Bonart has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Services, render the Services inaccessible to others or otherwise damage the Services or the Materials. You agree not to add to, subtract from or otherwise modify the Materials, or attempt to access any Materials that are not intended for you. All Materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and belong to Bonart or its licensors. All rights in the Materials not expressly granted herein are reserved. Except as otherwise provided, the Materials may be reproduced or distributed in unmodified form for personal non-commercial use only. Any other use of the Materials, including without limitation distribution, reproduction, modification, display or transmission without the prior written consent of Bonart is strictly prohibited. All copyright and other proprietary notices of Bonart or its licensors shall be retained on all reproductions.

Any information or material sent through or in connection with the Services by you (‘Information’) will be subject to UnSaccoBello’s privacy policy. Non-personal communications, such as feedback or suggestions, may be used by Bonart without restriction 

These Terms of Use and any disputes related to these Terms of Use are governed by Italian law, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law that would result in the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.
