This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Bonart SRL (“Bonart”) regarding the use of this software application and any related subscriptions (collectively, the “Software Product”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any portion of the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you may not use the Software Product.

1. License Grant

Bonart grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use one copy of the Software Product in binary executable form on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not permit:

  • Use of the Software Product on multiple devices concurrently.
  • Sharing, sublicensing, or transferring the Software Product to third parties.
  • Modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or the creation of derivative works, except where permitted by applicable law.

2. Ownership

The Software Product is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, remain with Bonart. This Software Product is protected by European Union copyright laws, international treaties, and applicable patent laws.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Rent, lease, or lend the Software Product.
  • Use the Software Product for commercial purposes.
  • Distribute or publicly disclose the Software Product or any part thereof.

All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Bonart. This license does not grant any rights with respect to Bonart’s trademarks or service marks.

4. Updates

This license does not entitle you to receive any future updates, upgrades, or enhancements of the Software Product unless explicitly provided by Bonart.

5. Third-Party Software

The Software Product may include third-party components or libraries. The respective licenses and terms for such components are listed below in their original English versions and may apply in addition to this EULA.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software Product and destroy all copies in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Software Product is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bonart be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software Product, even if Bonart has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

PREAMBLE

“Author” refers to any designer, engineer, programmer, technical writer or other person who contributed to the Font Software.

PERMISSION & CONDITIONS

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the Font Software, to use, study, copy, merge, embed, modify, redistribute, and sell modified and unmodified copies of the Font Software, subject to the following conditions:

1) Neither the Font Software nor any of its individual components, in Original or Modified Versions, may be sold by itself.

2) Original or Modified Versions of the Font Software may be bundled, redistributed and/or sold with any software, provided that each copy contains the above copyright notice and this license. These can be included either as stand-alone text files, human-readable headers or in the appropriate machine-readable metadata fields within text or binary files as long as those fields can be easily viewed by the user.

3) No Modified Version of the Font Software may use the Reserved Font Name(s) unless explicit written permission is granted by the corresponding Copyright Holder. This restriction only applies to the primary font name as presented to the users.

TERMINATION
